EventBill is an app that lets you manage events and related sales counters. You can record orders, payments, calculate change, and show customers their order on a separate screen. You can also add other users as team members to work together on events. As an admin of an event, you get detailed statistics on revenues and sales.
To use EventBill, you need to create an account. We process:
To join other events as a team member, you need to set a freely chosen username. This is visible within the app.
When you create events, sales counters, products or orders, these are saved in your user account and may be visible to you and team members of the event. As an admin of an event, you also see statistics on who generated which sales.
If you register or log in via Google or Apple, we receive from these providers:
Your data is stored in the Firestore database by Google Firebase. Google acts as our processor and is contractually obligated under GDPR requirements to process your data only according to our instructions. Firebase services may store data in the EU or the USA. Google ensures an adequate level of data protection through so-called standard contractual clauses.

EventBill does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. However, the app uses technically necessary storage (e.g. tokens) to keep you logged in or to secure requests. These are required for the app to function.
Your personal data will generally not be sold or passed on to third parties. Data is only transferred to the above-mentioned service providers (e.g. Google Firebase) as part of data processing agreements.

We take technical and organizational security measures to protect your data as best as possible against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. However, data transmission over the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can never be 100% secure.
